For those not aware, keep an eye on this. If they pass it, many civil liberties will be taken away from people around the world. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about for us here in the U.S. because we, the people, will never allow these sort of shenanigans on our soil again. Ever. We are and will stand and fight. But the rest of the world. Be prepared.

So, they stopped calling it a 'treaty', and instead, call it an 'agreement'... that way it does not require voting or ratification... so, they post these reports, to make everyone thing its just going to implode and go away...

Exactly... but, we have to tell them, the sleepers, because most folk really will just dismiss this as over-and-out... when it is far from that.
