Suffering some serious lower back issues...bulging disc ....very painful and lots of spasms. I would appreciate any advice and or any healing prayers!

You need to stretch those muscles out. Lay on the floor and bring your knees up to your chest and hold it for a count of ten or less and bring your feet back to the floor. Repeat
