I don't see that no electricity is the way to go. That would keep people from accessing communications which is desperately needed to keep people calm and indoors. It would also result in a lot of death. I just don't see it.

I agree about the power not being shut down for 10 days. Depending on when they do it, it would be too hot or to cold without power and people need to eat. No power means no refrigeration or lights. If they do it, that would be so cruel to people!!
