I just had a thought - and I'm voicing them here because AU is like my conspiracy diary 😅

Rh- = Abel's bloodline
Rh+ = Cain's bloodline

Now this doesn't mean everyone that has - is good and everyone with + is bad, it just has to do with origins.

Which makes sense as to why Rh- is the OG and the rarest of blood types and Rh+ is the most common.
