Disable a UN Truck, like a NASCAR Maint. Team.
1. Choke point to halt vehicle
2. Over-sized Chock Blocks in front and back
3. Gasoline poured into Gun-Ports, light match
4. Measured Steel bars with pre-drilled holes / Master locks
5. Gun man aiming at the turret.
6. Battery operated drill with hole-saw for tire sidewalls.
