Is Himalayan pink rock salt equivalent to Celtic salt?

NO, they are NOT the same. The Pink Salt DOES NOT CONTAIN iodine, a necessary nutrient but Celtic salt DOES. YUGE DIFFERENCE.

I am on a "transformation" diet where I drink at least 160 ounces of water per day. So I'm also pissing a lot and you need to replace the salt and iodine to remain hydrated and healthy.

I use Iodized Sea Salt. BTW: I'm burning fat like crazy. 😍

CORRECT, that's why I used it EVERYDAY until I've been drinking so much water every day. ALL I SAID IS THAT IT DOES NOT CONTAIN IODINE.
