I think I'm having a major burn out, because nothing is enjoyable to me anymore. Everything feels like a chore, even writing, which is my job and my hobby. I don't do my art anymore, I don't read anymore - it's so exhausting to even get myself going anymore 😮💨😔

I can't converse with loved ones without the ego emotion that comes with it. Try to avoid it but for some reason they become triggered. I'm not talking politics either. It's surreal. Not like this all the time as long as I don't talk.
