What a sweet dog. Walking 3 miles a day with him is a great thing, good for you. With all due respect, Lee Asher has an animal sanctuary in Oregon where he has rescued hundreds of dogs from shelters, many on the kill list, most with traumatic backgrounds and now, they are living their very best lives, for the rest of their life. He is not an asshole, he is a hero to animals, not just dogs, he is an honorable man.

Chip was in a fighting circuit, but look at his muscle and claws, they starved him almost to death to fight one last time. I’m lucky enough to get him and I got a dog that isn’t afraid to go against anyone or anything

I’m so sorry he went thru such cruelty and starvation, but he seems content and certainly well fed. You most certainly saved his life! Give him a scratch under the chin from me. Sweet blessings to you and Chip🐾😇🙏🏻🕊🐸
