There is a book called "Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art" by James Nestor published sometime ago that changed the way I breathe when I run and do exercise. It's a fascinating read and a lost art breathing through our noses. Yoga teaches that as well so I already had a jump start but when it comes to running, it was a game changer.
