local police - especially those that are trained, managed and influenced by departments & superiors under masonic control - simply do not know or understand the constitution because they were never required to know it or memorize it. they are specifically trained to uphold their law of policies, statutes, codes and ordinances - none of which are represented by, discussed or protected by the constitution which is the law of the land.
