No Thanks, Iā€™m waiting for Hemp Crete material! šŸ„°šŸ™šŸ¼
Hempcrete and concrete have the following differences12:
Materials: Hempcrete is made from a lime-based binder and hemp shiv aggregate, while concrete uses a cement binder and sand, gravel, or stone aggregate.
Properties: Hempcrete is vapor-permeable, has superior insulation properties, and sequesters more carbon. Concrete is durable, resistant to water, and has a higher compressive strength.
Usage: Concrete can be used for load-bearing structures, while hempcrete is not suitable for structural purposes.
Advantages: Hempcrete resists mold, fungus, and damp, making it beneficial for older buildings and respiratory health.
