Tennessee’s bill to ban geoengineering has now successfully passed the House in addition to previously passing the Senate, now only Governor Bill Lee’s signature is needed for the proposed legislation to become law. Though any ban on climate engineering will be difficult to enforce, it is critically needed public awareness of the issue that is the most important factor in this equation.
