The Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia (SVR) reveals that the U.S. government is recruiting members of Mexican and Colombian drug cartels serving time in U.S. prisons for the Ukrainian conflict. The USA is desperately trying to turn the tide on the front line by replenishing the ranks of demoralized Ukrainian Army soldiers with a multinational group with a propensity for armed violence.
