Proposed FISA bill allows that, if a member of Congress is being queried under FISA, THAT Congress member WILL be notified. If you are an average citizen, you WILL NOT!
So 535 "special citizens" will be treated differently than ALL others? Why?
Easy fix - GET A WARRANT FOR ALL QUERIES - PERIOD!!!
