2) states will have to pay half a million crowns every year for each migrant not accepted.
3) anyone who would like to make a profit from accepting migrants is out of luck anyway. The commission has the power to order states to accept migrants if their number falls below 60 percent of the mandated quota.
4) there is not even a word in the pact about an exception for the Czech Republic due to Ukrainian migrants.
