I know for a fact this is a problem. City officials allow concrete crushing around residential neighborhoods, and could give a rat's azz about the dust that covers your vehicle on a frequent basis.

Residents were there first. I personally am aware of what's happening in a residential area where the company started crushing concrete about 2 years ago. People voiced their concerns, but city officials do what they usually do...ignore public concerns.
