I make squash patties… I grate the yellow or zucchini squash, add onions, an egg and crushed crackers… sometimes I then use Panko bread crumbs and fry them… sometimes I airfry them… they’re good…

I have always fried in a pan, but have yet to try the air fry!But always made it with flour, salt/pepper, and egg.

Sounds good…. I never can get them to turn out good when I try frying them like that…. I don’t know what I do wrong… but they don’t turn out right… lol
