underage minors who sign an nda cannot be held accountable for these bullshit docs because they have to be over 18 to sign or they need someone assigned to be their guardian
so you can't be a minor and convey real estate cuz you need a guardian (such as the court assigns a parent or someone like that to be the guardian), or they assign a guardian ad litem from the court
so if a minor signed an nda it would be illegal
so diddy would just be bullshitting and scamming them and they would not know it, even if they took money from it
if they are 18 or over 18, then it would count unless it was unconscionable the court can throw it out
such as people need to be able to get gainful employment later on

I do not know what Prince Harry did or did not do, but I would point out that just because someone claimed you would have access to someone (Diddy claimed access to Prince Harry) that does not mean Prince Harry agreed to that statement or participated, same as when DJT is pictured next to Epstein:
