Mike Gallagher announced today he is resigning his Congressional seat, effective Apr 19,2024, that's after the cur-off date, which forces it to remain vacant until Nov. They are trying to reduce Republican Majority, which will affect the Electoral College. Don't know if this is something we missed or not.
