Some food for thought...

Heard this term earlier and loved it - β€œhead trash” – it’s the voice in our head that convinces us that we are right in our thinking, even when we very well could be wrong.

Made me wonder if this is just a natural byproduct of being an overthinker or is it our ego subconsciously protecting us or something else?

Some people are heavy thinkers vs others. I am like you. Now believe, nope, that head mssg is EGO. The heart (& instinct) is correct. EGO trying to help (Darwin) but conclusions based on previous experience: Say half a word, brain will fill in the rest whether correct or not :)

Hello Kim :) Thank you. A week late, but hope you are having a peaceful weekend. Feels as though inner instincts requires focus. (meditation, stillness & chakra balancing). Hope you can do same πŸŒŸπŸ‘Ό
