Reminds me heavily of an actor who was also in a show Amy Schumer did in 2015 called "Inside Amy Schumer." This actor also played Dr. Joel Fleishman on "Northern Exposure" - Rob Morrow.

He was also in "The Emperor's Club" with Kevin Kline (Mrs. Gates?). Morrow's wife, Debbon Ayers, has quite an interesting neck.
