Monday will be the first day of each year and the first day of each month.
Sunday will be the last day of each month
An extra day that will serve as "New Year's Day" and act as Sunday!

I think the 13 month calendar is interesting, however, I'm confused by the end of the week being on Sunday. Technically, our day of rest and worship should be on Saturday as it was originally. This will only encourage the argument that we worship (Sun)day.

That's what I was taught, that, Saturday was the Sabbath the 7th day, and that Sunday was the first day of the week. Which makes sense.
