FDA warns consumers to stop using six brands of ground cinnamon found to have high levels of lead
The US Food and Drug Administration has expanded its investigation into tainted cinnamon products, and its experts now say that the lead contamination extends beyond the cinnamon applesauce pouches that were recalled in October.

Yup. And use only the most trusted organic-fresh- etc. one can find. If buying pre ground, etc. buy spices and herbs, etc. that are sold in glass only. NO plastics.

Yes. Lots of supplement product garbage out there.
Small shoppes owned by reputable, long standing people who know their sources are the best, though difficult for many to find.
