😔 . But my sleeping has been like this . Our neighbor has dogs that bark all night long I have texted multiple times saying I believe your dog is hungry .. I know I am suppose to love thy neighbor but damn you know they don't miss a meal . WHATS WRONG WITH THEM ? It breaks my ❤️ he is screaming feed me . 😔

I had that problem before. The neighbor was leaving his dog outside all night in freezing cold temperatures. The dog understandably cried all night, wanting to be let into the house where it was warm. I called the local police department and filed a complaint. The neighbor was summoned to court for a hearing with the District Justice. I had a couple of other witnesses who showed up besides me, and we won. The neighbor was found guilty and was ordered to give the dog up to a local shelter for adoption.

I should've already done that but I thought she was better than that . I ended up texting her and she informed me the dog gets fed everyday 👍 . I am outside and no more barking ❤️ that dog is like thanks Amy 😘
