Navy’s new $3.4 billion dry dock in Hawaii is most expensive project in service’s history | Stars and Stripes
The Navy has begun the most expensive building project in its history with construction of a $3.4 billion submarine-repair dry dock at Pearl Harbor. The initial work of installing foundational piles into the harbor waters began this month, with the project expected to be completed by early 2028.

Maybe reparation from all the countries, and people coming from Australi, New Zealand, China, etc., will have to pay them?? That would be a nice win for them if true?
