ALL consumption of anything with fluoride. That means all drinks that are 'reconstituted' or have 'added water.'
Distilled or reverse osmosis is the only way to remove fluoride. Make your own juice from pure juices NOT from concentrate ORGANIC. There should be only one ingredient.
Fluoride and chlorine are almost instantly absorbed into your tissue once it touches you. Testing a cup of water before and after having a finger in it for just a few seconds shows just how fast it enters the body.
