Happy Valentine's Day!

Love is patient and kind. It does not envy nor boast. It is not proud.

Love does not dishonor others. It's not self-seeking. It is not easily angered.

Love keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the Truth.

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails.

That's 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

I've memorized these verses. That was the easy part. The hard part is trying to live them. I can't.

I'm a sinner, saved by Grace through Faith in Christ.

My faith is not in my ability to be good. My faith is in Christ. He was perfect for me.

My sin debt was paid in full on The Cross at Calvary!

Thank you, Father, that You gave Your Son to die for me!

Thank you, Jesus, that you laid down your life for sinners, of whom I am the worst.
