I wouldn't read much into it. I read over 40 years ago that watch and clock companies usually have the hands set at 10:10 because it subconsciously registers as a smiley face, leaving the viewer subconsciously happy from looking at the watch/clock. It must work, because I have seen it 90 percent of the time since then.
