I made this today.

Surprisingly, it tastes OK.

I made it because I have had the sniffles for about a week.

Drank a shot full around 2 pm and my nose stopped running by 5 p.m.

Going to take a shot full a day as an experiment.

DR T. Stated adults can take up to 3 tablespoons 3 times a day.

Chikdren's dose is 1 tsp. - 3 times a day if they are sick.
