Congress omitted the state of Texas into the state of the union on December 29, 1845.
The federal government has no play or authority into the state of Texas per it's compact that follows constitutional law. If the compact is broken, by way of the United States breaks constitutional law, the state of Texas has every right to protect its own citizens and block the federal government from entering and interfering
