What's jail like ??? part two. "Legal NOT Lawful"process of going to court. Usually 3 mentions according to the so called plea before the hearing .What's a mention??? , mention is when we are told to turn up at 10 am but could be there all day till you're called in . Then Magistrate or Judge will mention next date for you to take another day off work , most would pay the fine for what ever reason been pulled over. This is designed so as to tire us out , not bothering to follow through because loosing a days work & getting in trouble with the boss.It's not like the movies where they go direct to the hearing finishing there & then. You see even before setting foot in court they know how much to $$$-CHARGE you for. STAY TUNED !!! .
