Why spend money on bussing and flying them when you could just make them return to the other side of the concertina wire fence? Bus them SOUTH, not NORTH.

Think about this; some of those coming over the border may actually be part of COG; granted Fed Marshall status to arrest corrupt mayors, cops, etc. (Much the same is done with friendly nations' citizens serving in our armed forces; a legal way for them to get U.S. citizenship.) Corrupt cops would not arrest corrupt mayors in their cities.
