Negative inference. just by moving forward with this sham impeachment, that precedent has been set, as well as ANY outcomes provided for the in the Constitution; which should be none, as this impeachment is unconstitutional. How do you set precedent in torts and criminal law? Each phase of litigation produces a result. THE PRECEDENT HAS ALREADY BEEN SET FOR THE FRAMEWORK OF IMPEACHING FORMER OFFICE HOLDERS. ITS IN THE RECORD OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. TRUMP's conviction isn't required to set that framework.
