What kind of ship is this?
HNLMS JOHAN DE WITT (IMO: 9280768) is a Combat Vessel that was built in 2007 (17 years ago) and is sailing under the flag of Netherlands.

On the marine tracking site it didn't say it was a combat ship.
I thought it could be a fishing ship with factory for packing ready to fly to other countries, Holland had one of those using EU shipping quotas they had purchased from a British company when they made it impossible for British ships to survive.
What else would that large structure be used for?
