The short answer; yes.
Righteous judgement is important...
However there is a difference between making a righteous judgement; which is discerning what is right or wrong and being judgemental; which is being overly critical or demeaning in an unhelpful way.

Judgement begins at the house of God. As Paul said, we don't judge the unbeliever, for they have already been judged. But we, as believers must judge one another.
