I learned this as a lobbyist in Honolulu
back in the 90's.
The BIG MEDICAL insurance company controls the doctors, and probably any and all with medical attachments
IF the doctors do not comply with the insurance overseers, they will not get paid!
When did the medical insurance companies decide what the payer's treatment is.
Insurance will pay for procedures not cures!
A long time ago they decided this. Humans do not matter, only their money does
