One positive change I've made the last year is trying to make lunch the biggest meal of the day, easier to create a smaller eating window for intermittent fasting. Lunch today was grilled steak with butter, avocado, raw milk cheese & 4oz. OJ (6g carb), fresh squeezed from my backyard trees. :)

Good for you, Jennja! Been doing that intermittent fasting more than 10 years now and 1 meal a day is enough (they call it a warrior diet). Your body gets used to it and your stomac shrinks, so you get full easier. People eat too much and too often and forget what hunger feels like...

Warrior diet...I like that, it fits! :)
Has been easier to sleep at night too with body not grinding away in digestion mode.
