I would love to know the whole truth about cholesterol. It is so confusing because the literature is all over the map. HDL vs LDL, vs triglycerides, etc. What exactly is a healthy level of each? Why do some people have elevated lipids despite a healthy diet, exercise, etc.? 🤔

Make sure their liver is healthy, if liver toxic with heavy metals, or virus overload this will create toxins and dirty the blood and this is when disease occurs. Methylation of foods does not happen properly if liver sick.
