Most important. No power. An extremely limited authority to caretake infrastructure projects. If it is not specifically authorized in constitution, it is illegal. This would only be step one towards eliminating the government completely.

No need for term limits in a Constitutional Republic. Fair elections allow the people to hire and fire via the vote. Term limits implies we have no power and in this system they would simply replace one cabal prostitute with another. If someone we voted in was doing a great job and was honest, why would you want to limit them? Everything written here tells me the architect is not even close to being awake and is still under the cabal spell.

Amongst many other changes
Like a passing grade on a course on the constitution
The original Constitution
Not the 1871 corporate constitution to which I give no consideration as it violates the original and there for was null and void the minute it was written

Honestly it should be assigned like jury duty and paid the same

Lets see some people choose something stupid and go face their neighbors or co workers

100% transparency no classified
Save for maybe military but even then limited
And it may be time to alter the oath a little to make them acknowledge the accountability they accept

Only born Americans and vetted

I could go on forever on this and fixing voting

Anyone who actually wants the job, should never have it.

Pick public servants like juries, at random, by computer.

One year training, then off to the races for 4 years, at the 3rd year, the replacement is trained and shadows the incumbent.

No lobbying in private.
No gifts of any kind.
Incumbents finances are public record for the duration, and 5 years afterwards.
