What she verified was that
WELLS FARGO HAS RATES ON THE SCREEN

such as Bolivar, ZIM, VND, IQD, etc.
Charlie said "IF THE RATES ARE ON THE BANKING SCREEN
then the bank knows ALREADY what’s going to happen..

BUT THE RATES ARE NOW IN THE BANKS IN AMERICA..
