We take a walk, then have coffee/ dog has breakfast in the back yard. I smoke too and go on here or whatnot. I come in when i get cold, anywhere from 45 min to 2 hrs. I have GAD/PTSD too and cannot function without my morning routine. It's sun, fresh air, quiet time, nobody bugs me

oh yeah i've had to do no coffee a while. you get so wound up you don't even need it
when i get like that, i don't try to fix it . i let everything go and just do what keeps me comfortable/sane.
eventually it settles down amd THEN I take itty bitty steps, one little thing at a time into a routine.
routines help me reign it in.

Even when my anxiety was too bad to take walks, I at least went out to our spot. It makes a huge differemce
