BUY LOCAL. Stop promoting these horrific toxic processed foods with your money. We shop at our local butcher - C&J Butcher. They have all local grass fed beef, local whole chickens (never frozen), local veggies, pecans, bread, free range eggs AND whole milk from a local dairy with the cream still in it. It's actually much better in taste and nutrition. The link below is a sampling of their goods. I bet if you do some research you will find a similar place somewhere near you.
