I’ve been a vegetarian most of my life
but no matter what fruits & veggies I buy
& only from local farmers & farm stands,
after I’ve washed everything
I SOAK EVERYTHING IN BAKING SODA
for at least 20 minutes:
Avocados, lemons, apples, lettuce, berries, spinach, etc.
Even bananas — & don’t wash it off when finished.
