It seems odd to me that the guy taking video is just running around straight through the motorcade and no one in the security detail is even paying attention to him.

the fact that when biden was walking out to his motorcade, biden and SS all kinda just freeze in place for a few sec and they didn't rush to get bidden into the SUV
