Our emotional body is being activated deeper and stronger than ever before. Everything we haven’t wanted to feel, haven’t felt safe to feel, haven’t been allowed to feel, everything we felt bad about feeling, everything we denied we felt and much more is all coming to the surface. Allow it.

This is our opportunity to be free, this is our chance to see beyond what we’ve been able to perceive, all that’s brought so much hurt and confusion into our lives is finally coming up to the surface for us to feel deeper into.
Yes it’s intense at times, yes it’s deep, sometimes you won’t even know what or why you’re feeling what you’re feeling and that’s ok. Your body knows exactly how to process and dissolve every emotion we just have to allow it; let the LightBody take over, let your Light guide you and let yourself be free.

The LightBody is being activated in every way for every one regardless of whether you can see it or how awaken the person is. This is the beginning of a continual mass awakening process. Everyone is hitting a point within themselves where they are starting to feel and see more. We are all in this journey together, we all have an enormous amount to see and feel and the more we open up the more we give permission to others to feel and release as well. It becomes a beautiful grid of support that we all hold for one another in more ways than we can fathom. This becomes part of the many New Earth support systems that we are creating and building. This is an energetic system first until we embody it and then it becomes a physical one.

Keep opening up and keep feeling into everything. Ask your body how else you can support it and let it guide you. Breathe Light into every moment and you’ll start to see the new in every way.
