My biggest problem with the theory that the evil Hanks is MR, is that MR was born in 1938. If he was Hanks, that would make the 'actor' well over 80. My mom is 81 now and has a hard time disguising her age as she gets slower and her body fails her.
Something doesn't add up to me regarding this one. Hanks is definitely EVIL, imo, but resemblance does not lead to proof of this - the ages don't work for me.
