One thing that helps me is to take the moments ... to take time to dance, even for three minutes. To focus on God. To spend more time with my pets. To get outside, walk, exercise. To keep in touch with loved ones, especially those who understand what's going on. To watch a comedy. And to pray and hang out with God, thanking Him ahead of time for bringing down the bad people and for helping us all. We're going to be okay, no matter how it feels or looks right now. Lost the one I could dream with, who understands what's going on...
Lots of pets, lost a flock of hens...
Lots of kids...
Always outside with God... usually a camera in my hand...
No loved ones will speak to me.

Can't do TV- just feels like a waste of time.
