Does it burn like paper?

Been wondering about the cement walled homes.
Understand after renovations are difficult..would think they would offer safety in fire zones.

from wikipedia (if you can trust)

Hempcrete's low density material and resistance to cracking under movement make it suitable for use in earthquake-prone areas.[12] Hempcrete walls must be used together with a frame of another material that supports the vertical load in building construction, as hempcrete's density is 15% that of traditional concrete.[13] Studies in the UK indicate that the performance gain between 230 mm (9 in) and 300 mm (12 in) walls is insignificant.[clarification needed] Hempcrete walls are fireproof, transmit humidity, resist mould, and have excellent acoustic performance.[14]

Transmit Humidity..is that like wicking?

That's INTERESTING!
Thanks!
I really like Mike Holmes from UK..he is on Youtube..I like that he does it right when contractors or home purchase get owners in a fix with sometimes properties as bad as unlivable.

Learned a lot about VAPOR BARIERS around leaking foundations ..what is required (minimal) but his team do what is needed not stopping at required.
Good guy..heard of him?

He has been part of some contractor prosecutions, as well as improving code.

He points out code.. ie Electrical cannot be near water, lack of insulation in hidden areas.. venting into garage...which returns carbon dioxide to home... he covers it all.
Inspectors are part of the POLITICS (corrupt) passing homes NOT PROPERLY INSPECTED.
Buyers trust inspection and end up in a heap of financial trouble when major issues exist.

Sad as well...one contractor kept requiring $$ and whole thing had to be pulled TRASH work. Home owner sewing...local Gov in this case is interested in prosecuting this contractor. Said he's leave without additional $ though not part of bid or original cost.
