Oh no I have Bad memories from age 3 still till today...
I just get my mind overwhelmed with piled on stuff.
What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. I just forget to remind myself of that. Then I get frustrated more & more then let the irritation set in...

Love & miss em so much but honestly 1st year in MANY I missed the 7th this year. That is truly a good thing. Then other "stuff" gets me.
I honestly gotta put this stupid phone down keep tv off & pick up my new bible from Harvest Misisteries. Been here for several months. I did move it to bedroom but have yet to open & even read a page!!!
Between that & my dam Cigarettes

You have quite a life story. I'm glad I didn't say something wrong.
There is agreement among my peeps that something about 'time' is different. Can't remember what events happened just days before. Walk into a room and forget why. Days and weeks seem interminably long. It's goofy.
Read we are not breathing enough oxygen.
Maybe that's it. Got a bunch of houseplants. They remove carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. Plants make a home more comforting.
They are living things. You can't ignore them.
You spend time caring for them.
There are music videos just for making plants grow and be happier. Listening to one now. Swear I saw a leaf tremble and it was not the wind.
Being surrounded by plants and listening to pleasant 432 hertz music is calming.
Gonna get more plants.
Maybe you could try it. Beautiful house plants are very calming.
