It is difficult to keep high vibrations when so many people I have to deal with are bringing me down. I see their name calling and I just don't want to pick up. And I often don't. They are energy suckers. How do you deal with those people?

I simply don't deal with them at all and if I'm forced into their company at family gatherings I am brutally honest. I would never be cruel or condescending, but you cross a line and you're getting my truth. Be your own best friend and cut the chords.
